The ability that it can handle large amounts data without breaking down or crashing easily was my favorite part about this program! It helped us be able manage all patient information so well we were not missing any important detail at one point during an audit by Medicare they told me I had almost 2 years worth (which really wasn't accurate because when you do have some dates wrong your still good). There are things i don’t like but nothing major just minor problems here n there which could probably go away if someone would actually fix them instead of ignoring what people say online as "it should work fine". Being used now since january 2019 till present time has been very helpful even though sometimes takes up more than 3 hours loading due being too slow internet speed especially having wifi turned off while using makes everything load slower then usual. Very efficient tool once set properly will help keep track of patients medical records efficiently no matter how many files/patient info stored. This allows easy access.
