RECUTMS is an online retailer that sells items for the home and kitchen as well as home decor items like picture albums, frames, and accessories. At first, I couldn't wait to look through their online catalog and discover some fresh furniture and accessories for my home. My anticipation was short-lived, however, because the products I got were not at all what I had expected from the website. The albums I obtained had faulty binding, and the picture frames I bought fell apart after a few uses. In addition, the package did not contain all of the extras that I had purchased. When I called to ask about the problems with my order, I got unhelpful answers and a general lack of empathy. It was annoying to feel like my complaints were being ignored and my business wasn't respected. I was already frustrated with the business, and the return procedure just made things worse. RECUTMS does not have the kind of high-quality home and kitchen goods, home decor items, photo albums, frames, or accessories that I would suggest to friends and family. You should stay far away from this business because of their false advertising and terrible service.
