Review on Sunlit by Chris Horton

A warning: Don't be deceived by Sunlit's flashy façade.

I chose to test out Sunlit, an online retailer of home and bathroom, kitchen, and bath accessories, as I am a careful internet consumer. Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing encounter with the store, thus I feel forced to give my bad impression. The website's design is firstly both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly. The good things about my experience stop there, though. The items I received were of low quality and did not match the website's descriptions or pictures. Despite the website's assurances of longevity, the bathroom accessories that I received were weak and fell apart after only a week of use. Furthermore, Sunlit offers poor customer service. They were unresponsive and useless when I called them to voice my dissatisfaction and ask for a refund. They didn't reply to my question for weeks, and when they did, they were rude and unrepentant. In addition to the poor quality of the products and the poor quality of the customer service, I thought the prices were excessively exorbitant given the products' quality. Sunlit's prices are not competitive with those of other online merchants offering comparable goods, and paying more for short-lived goods is not justified. Overall, if you're searching for high-quality kitchen, bath, and bathroom accessories, I wouldn't suggest Sunlit. Don't be duped by the website's slick exterior, no matter how enticing it may seem. Do your shopping elsewhere to save time and money.
