Even though BooTaa bills itself as a one-stop shop for all things amusing, I've had nothing but bad luck shopping there recently. I bought an airplane kit from them so that my boy and I could have something enjoyable to do together. Unfortunately, some of the components were missing upon delivery, and the directions were muddled and poorly written. I tried to get in touch with BooTaa's customer support, but they were completely unresponsive and useless. It took them weeks to respond to my concern, and when they did, they did not provide any refunds or other forms of compensation. BooTaa stands out due to its unreliable customer support and shoddy quality control. BooTaa seems to put profit ahead of customer happiness, in contrast to other entertainment industry companies that take pride in their goods and work hard to provide excellent customer service. If you're searching for dependable service and high-quality entertainment options, I wouldn't suggest BooTaa. Don't waste your time here; go somewhere else.
