The team is very professional, well trained in their field of expertise as they are experts at what they do! They always go out of way to make sure that everything runs smoothly for clients & partners alike - even if it's not part of our scope or responsibility we will work around this until its fixed so you don't have an issue when your project starts up again (hint hint). I haven’t had any issues but then there isn't much risk involved because my business deals only with high-end companies who understand the importance of privacy laws/policies etc. We use them daily just like anyone else would using another product provider such as Dropbox.
