a Chinese type Frenchman, but his mind and character

Six months of work with this handsome man, I have to say a few words. Its full name is PROMATEX AC-3829MER, the most portable promatex. Bought for a small workshop, checked all nozzles except plates. The machine is good, especially for beginners like me, but constantly tests the owner for curvature and patience. So she is beautiful in her own way, she has a website plus instructions in the noblest French - alas, without a forum for support and stupid questions. Bought it yourself - see for yourself. Support (by phone, from how!) From the dealer through which you bought it. Total rebuying, as they say in the Comedy Club. To work with this thing, you need to get a 19 wrench like this. And also with pliers, because everything that can be unscrewed in the process of work is unscrewed by this fool. The top press especially likes to do this, which is mounted on two screws (like from a wooden easel, I just see such people there all the time) When this hot thing suddenly (!) falls during the printing process, it does not seem enough. In addition, she likes to loosen the upper screw very much, and it must also be constantly tightened with a wrench There is a remote control for the temperature-time regime, super, but - ... but here the pressure is inserted manually, that is, how can you close it with such force and pressure. In the process of work, either the spring is clamped in the main barrel, or some other tricky thing, and you need to constantly raise the screw on the main support, otherwise it is impossible to press and fix the product. And the upper screw, in turn, rests on the nuts, which strive to unscrew and slide off the thread at the most opportune moment. In short, one cannot do without a tambourine and a universal mother. More about pressure: on a mug press, it is regulated by a plastic screw, and it must be selected so that it is tight and printed, but also closed. It happened with us that the image simply refused to transfer to the product, and once in the press, when clamping, the cup simply split: the screw was overtightened. In general, all hope for intuition and gentle, but strong hands of the master. The modules are switched by re-plugging the cord, but the main unit is still responsible for the temperature-time, and in order to start it, you have to idle press the flat press. In general, the unit is more likely for school workshops than an industrial combine, because due to getting used to it and constant dancing around the screws and adjusting the pressure, the percentage of screwed up products can be quite significant :( On the other hand, I have not tried industrial units, they may have their own, no less pleasant features.
