Review on Game console Sony PlayStation 5 825GB SSD RU, white by Ar Bl Srivastava ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Product is unreliable, just don't buy it.

It just so happens that Remedy's recent masterpiece, in my opinion, called Control, opened up a new generation of consoles for me and most of my first impressions are based on this game, which, fortunately, was optimized for PS5, but in order to get new console features, I had to to pay almost 3 thousand. If you put all this experience together, in the bottom line I'm more dissatisfied than satisfied. If you take a prefix from Sony, get ready to give a lot of money. I'm not joking, really "many". Back4Blood will be released soon and pre-order will cost about 5,000. At the same time, XBox Game Pass gives you the opportunity to download this game as part of a subscription on the day of release, on Steam the game costs 2,000. As for the home button. Now I have two consoles connected to the TV (PS4 Pro and PS5) and the behavior of the PlayStation buttons on the DualShock and DualSense sometimes causes dissonance for me. In summary: I see no reason to take it now, if you do not urgently need 60 frames per second, which are not supported in all games. It also makes no sense to take it if you don’t want to spend more on games compared to Game Pass. Honestly, I would put 3 of the console itself, if not for the gamepad. I took the prefix in Amazon. That's really to whom I have no complaints from the word "generally". Ordered, paid, received on time. : my opinion changed dramatically after I found out what miracles this prefix is fraught with. Namely: the marketing policy of Sony implies that you will give them as much money as possible. Even such a banal thing as managing saved games is no longer available without a PS+ subscription. Very disappointed in the company. Buying a GT7 with an American account was my reckless mistake, costing me 10 thousand for a product in which little has changed. Horizon: Forbidden West was just as disappointing. I do not recommend to buy in view of the inadequately high prices for games in which the place is left only to the graphics.

Pros
  • ➕ I would never have thought to rank it as a plus, but the white gamepad is easy to find in the dark ➕ 60 fps mode. ➕ Feedback from the gamepad. In single player games, it conveys the feeling of shooting or interacting with the environment very well. In multiplayer games, a little questionable. On the one hand, it is easier to shoot at one cartridge, and on the other hand, it slows down reactions a little due to resistance. ➕ Hints in the game. Casually from the word at all, but it does not work with all quests in the game, not in all games. Helps if you don't want to get stuck in one moment for a long time ➕ Improved home button ➕ Added USB Type-C port ➕ More relaxed welcome menu compared to PS4. Does not make you run headlong to the TV and turn down the sound ➕ Menu works much faster than PS4 Pro, including store and general navigation ➕ Microphone in DualSense, but it's worth looking into the cons ➕ There is something to play from the PS Plus Collection (if you have a subscription) ➕ Screenshots save much faster ➕ Select video time when you want to record gameplay ➕ Downloads in optimized games are significantly faster ➕ 4k 60fps works very nice, even with some upscaling sometimes ➕ Good sound card in the gamepad. Beyerdymic dt770 swings at 250 ohm without any problems
Cons
  • ➖ Crazy prices for games ➖ Video through the built-in editor is cut as long ➖ Video is uploaded to YouTube for a long time ➖ Less space (667 vs 825 in PS4 Pro) ➖ Personally, my palm periodically hurts in the area of \u200b\u200bthe little finger after DualSense ➖ DualShock sits more comfortably and comfortably in the hand; I personally feel uncomfortable playing with DualSense for a long time ➖ Downloads games for a long time, even considering my 600 Mbps Internet ➖ Not all games are tailored for PS5. Somewhere soap, somewhere 30 FPS ➖ Ray tracing in Control greatly reduces FPS ➖ Not all PS Plus games on PS5 are optimized for 60 FPS ➖ Removed coaxial audio output ➖ Removed the browser ➖ White gamepad gets dirty quickly ➖ Due to the default microphone on PS5 owners, the voice chat can be clogged with strange screams and all sorts of sounds; sometimes makes you turn your voice off from other people (more often than before) ➖ Very noisy drive ➖ Removed folders in the main menu ➖ Takes up a lot of space; in a simple backpack it will be hard to push ➖ There is no possibility to download saved games to an external hard drive, as was the case with PS4 ➖ Low quality platform games
