Review on Braun 5-511 Silk-epil 5 Wet & Dry epilator with starter cap, white/blue by Aditya ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best purchase in my life, I will definitely buy it again.

This is my third epilator, and the fact that it has a nozzle specifically designed for novices is what drew me to it. And already we haven't even gotten to the fact that you can use it while you're in the shower. This connection is nothing more than a blessing for people who are interested in epilation but are terrified of the pain involved. I tried air gloves, ice gloves, and massage heads, but none of them provided even the slightest bit of pain relief. Because of this, I have concluded that this type of epilator is the most effective. When using this nozzle, the sensations are more akin to being uncomfortable than they are to being painful. I believe that those who were responsible for developing this nozzle are in need of a heartfelt thank you. Armpit hair removal was a real pain with other nozzles, but it was possible for me to complete the process with this one because it was specifically designed for it. Due to the fact that this nozzle is intended to be used for 12 different applications, I have not been successful in my search for new nozzles. These will most likely go on sale at a later time. The shower is another one of my favorite places to use it. It is really convenient as well as pleasurable. I have no choice but to be happy about the fact that the epilator is charging because the cables on my earlier epilators made it difficult for me to remove unwanted hair. This is a rubber non-slip coating; however, be careful not to take it with soapy hands as even this coating will not save you if you do so. The blue color is my favorite, so I was really pleased to see that it came in that shade (previously, it came in pink and purple). The kit also includes a standard nozzle, but I haven't tried using it just yet because I haven't had the chance. Perhaps I'll give it a shot in the future. The lack of lighting is one of the drawbacks, especially considering that the lighting in the bathroom isn't exactly ideal. This implies that you can find a missing piece after using the set, which is a very annoying problem (I also want to mention my disappointment when I opened the box and saw that there was neither a purse nor a storage bag inside of it). It is large because it is inconvenient to wind it in the box, therefore it is enormous, but it is not hygienic to store on the shelf because it is large. I soon found a solution to this issue by simply repositioning a cosmetics bag that was sitting empty in the appropriate location. It was to my great satisfaction that there were no needless and pointless attachments included, for which you did not overpay. Should you go ahead and buy the epilator, in your opinion? Without a doubt, you can.

Pros
  • every single item, but the starter nozzle in particular
Cons
  • void of a backlight
