You should know a few things before making a purchase from Artfasion, even though at first sight it may seem like a superb online business. Although they provide a wide variety of women's apparel, footwear, and accessories, the quality of their offerings is doubtful. Many times I've had an Artfasion buy fall apart or lose its form after only a few uses. Disappointment and annoyance are inevitable results of the usage of what appear to be low-quality and easily broken materials. Furthermore, their support services fall short of expectations. I had problems with the merchandise and contacted customer support, but they were unhelpful and insensitive. It was obvious that they had no intention of fixing the problem or keeping me as a client. In general, I would advise against shopping at Artfasion. Their low pricing are appealing, but the low quality and poor service are not.
