This has been a great experience working with them. Vonix was born when Voice over IP (VoIP) came to the forefront. With new technologies coming along everyday, people started getting frustrated with poor call quality, missed calls and calls going to voicemail, all because of poor networks. It became evident that people want to be connected all the time, but due to poor network quality, it wasn't happening. That's when we were approached with the idea of creating Vonix. Our vision was to give the consumer control back, and help solve their frustrations by providing high quality services without the hassle of calling tech support everytime something goes wrong.
