I like how easy it is to use, as well as its ease of finding clients. There's nothing that i dislike about this software! Everything you need should be in one place no matter where your business operates from!! If their were any updates or enhancements made then please do them so they're easier for new people who may not know everything there is available out there already. Perfect tool for networking with customers when needed. It helps me keep up date on my contact list while keeping track of appointments/meetings at same time too. I like how easy it is to use, and how well it works for my needs. It's not as expensive as other software programs that do similar things. I don't dislike anything about it. It does everything I need it to do at this time. It has been working great so far. We are a small business, with only two employees, and we needed something to help us keep track of our customers. This program allows us to easily do just that.
