I am a beginner at yoga but I love these blocks.
They hold my weight and make poses a lot easier to do. I loved the pink color too!
- They are still a bit soft for my liking I much prefer the cork blocks but they get the job done
- The Cork blocks may not stay in place during use, causing discomfort or injury
