My experience with Connected Dealer has been exceptional.

My experience with Connected Dealer has been exceptional. They have worked closely with me since my dealership purchase. I was dealing with another agency who was going through changes in ownership and were slow to respond to emails and calls. Not only did Connected Dealer come back and get us up and running within 3 days, they are now taking care of our entire account. The technology is state of the art and my dealership could not be happier with their service. Thank you so much! I had an issue recently where a computer crashed and when it came back online there was no connection to our database (or any other databases). Within hours of reporting this problem, the techs at CDS got everything fixed and reconnecting all systems back to the network. That's customer service!!

  • Both options are cost effective.
  • All support staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
  • CDS takes a very hands off approach to IT, allowing dealers to focus on sales instead of maintaining technical infrastructure.
