The best part of working with Virtualous is their customer service! They were very helpful in answering all my questions regarding our project and ensuring I was satisfied throughout the process. Their turnaround time is also exceptional - they get back to me quickly when there's an issue or question. Sometimes it can be hard to communicate effectively through email because you're not able to see how your message will come across at first glance. If you have specific needs, such as needing someone who speaks Spanish, this may not work out well for you (though I'm sure they'd do what they could). We needed help transcribing interviews from audio files into text so we would be able to use them later.
