The best thing about recommender system is its ability to provide personalized suggestions for each customer, which makes them feel special when they are using it! It can be used both as an internal tool or also by third parties like Google Shopping API (which I am currently evaluating). There isn't much dislike with this software but there could have been more features added rather than few bugs fixed in last year's releases. So far no issues reported from us regarding any of our clients' products/companies. We use Recommender System mainly because we want better user experience while searching items online. This helps users find what they're looking for easily and quickly without having to search through different pages multiple times.
