When I was looking for some new slippers online, I happened upon the RockDove site and was immediately interested by it because I am someone who places a high value on both comfort and style. Unfortunately, my experience with the products produced by the company did not live up to my expectations in any way. To begin, the RockDove slippers I ordered were among the most uncomfortable items I've ever owned. In spite of the fact that they were advertised as being comfy, my feet began to hurt and ache after I had worn them for only a few minutes. The sole was paper-thin and did not provide any support; also, the material was scratchy and uneven. The slippers were not only uneasy to wear, but they also came at a price that was too high. I had anticipated shelling out a hefty sum for fashionable slippers of superior quality, but instead I was handed a product of questionable quality that was sold at an outrageous price. In order to make a bad situation even worse, the customer assistance that RockDove provided me with was subpar. I was confronted with a lengthy and stressful process when I went to return the slippers and obtain a refund, which left me with the impression that my value as a client was not properly appreciated. In general, I am unable to recommend RockDove's items to anyone who is looking for slippers that are both fashionable and comfy. The quality was subpar, the pricing were exorbitant, and there was an absence of acceptable customer service. If you want superior items and service without the headache, shopping elsewhere is your best bet. As for how I used the products, I gave the slippers a try by wearing them around the house, but I felt that they were too uncomfortable to wear for an extended period of time.
