I usually use a Liqui Moly engine flush with identical procedures but wanted to try. My car used 5 liters so I had to buy two. Cleaning power was similar to molybdenum with similar results, but molybdenum is slightly stronger. As far as I know I use a vacuum pump extractor to remove oil and when I pour the oil out of the extractor it or anything it touches stays very clean if molybdenum is used while this product picks up some of the old oil the same temperature (hot) as molybdenum. Both return fuel oil (molybdenum is also used with clean oil and a new filter). But I would again use interchangeably with molybdenum flush. For the price it's similar in my case as I mix molybdenum ($11) with regular oil ($24 for 5 liters).
