The products and assistance offered by WOOWAVE's online shop fall short of the high standards set by the company's claims. Their gear is of poor quality, and they provide little assistance to their clients. You get what you pay for, so don't expect bargain basement prices. I was eager to test out WOOWAVE's gear because I enjoy water sports. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. The equipment I was given was of low quality and quickly stopped working. There was no response from customer care when I tried to request a replacement or refund. There was also a noticeable shortage of "expert advice and guidance." Product details are few on the website, and the personnel appears to be uninformed about the items they sell. It was obvious that they cared more about closing the deal than matching me with the appropriate tools. In sum, WOOWAVE's web shop is not one I'd advise others to patronize. Don't be duped by their claims of having the best tools and most knowledgeable staff. Nothing but frustration and disappointment awaits you.
