Review on VCC Live by Josue Porter

I have worked with other cloud contact center providers before and was skeptical when I heard about vcc live because of the hype. But after speaking with them, and having a demo, i am glad I decided to give them a try. The best thing I liked about them is that they are transparent about their pricing, the services they offer, and how to use them. It feels like you are talking to a friend and they are sharing their knowledge instead of trying to sell you something. And it is so easy to get into the system. It works without any problems. When I asked if they could help me with a specific issue, they came back within minutes with the answer. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good cloud contact center. Thank you!
