I have been with VELO for many years as my primary service provider - not only in terms of bandwidth but also technical expertise/ support when needed (which is rare). The level quality has never waned no matter what i've had going through them! Great customer care team that always goes above & beyond your expectations whenever you need anything from their side!! Would love if they would integrate other platforms like HBO GO or Netflix into one account which makes it easier than having 2 separate accounts just because those two are different providers. Nothing so far really dislike about velo except maybe some minor things here an there once every few months but nothing too big nor frequent enough to mention :D Overall great partnership. We're able to provide our users across multiple platform channels such Youtube, Facebook Live Streams etc.. With increased reliability by caching content closer to end user devices thus.
