This is a good software package that has worked well for us so far.
It gives us all the tools we need to handle all our human capital management (HR) processes efficiently and effectively.We use it to manage all employee data - payroll, benefits, payables, leave records, reporting etc. It is simple to use and allows us to manage people and jobs easily. We use it for recruitment, training, performance management and managing our business objectives and goals. The mobile version is really nice to use. Our support team is great. They respond immediately and give useful advice. They answer any question you may have. They're friendly and responsive. Overall, we would definitely recommend this tool!
