Avoid using products from the Ayliss Company at all times. Their customer service is unreliable and unhelpful, and their goods are of poor quality. I bought a dress that began to unravel after the first wash and a pair of shoes that fell apart after only a few wears. It took weeks to get a response from customer service when I attempted to reach them, and they were rude and unprofessional. Look elsewhere if you're searching for a reputable, high-quality brand.
