Padfender: Don't Get Your Hopes Up

Well, well, well, Padfender. Unfortunately, this online store did not live up to my expectations, which were quite lofty to begin with. It's true that they have a huge variety of mobile phones and accoutrements, but good luck stumbling upon exactly what you need among all of that choice. It's a little bit like the game Where's Waldo, but with cell phones instead. And don't even get me started on how they justify their prices by claiming they are "competitive." I have a strong suspicion that they are vying with the Taj Mahal to be the most expensive object on the entire planet. To be able to purchase a new phone from Padfender, you might as well sell one of your kidneys. But the true deal breaker is... Their dedication to their customers. Or the absence of it. It's possible that I've had more success communicating with my cat than I have with their customer service staff, but I doubt it. And even after I did eventually get a response, I had a hard time getting any kind of genuine assistance from them. In general, Padfender is the internet store you should shop at if you want to be both stressed out and dissatisfied with your purchases. However, if you value your time, money, and health, you should avoid this situation. Believe me when I say that it would be in your best interest to visit a traditional store and put up with the pushy salespeople there.
