Review on LYKOS by Justin Wallace

As a performer, I was thrilled to learn about LYKOS and its fantastic offerings. Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied and annoyed by my time spent shopping on their website. To begin with, I had a hard time navigating the site and locating the information I needed. I wasted a lot of time looking for what I required because the search feature wasn't reliable. Once I did track down what I was looking for, however, the purchasing procedure was cumbersome and time consuming. My purchase took much longer than it should have, and I had to start over several times due to technical difficulties. The poor quality of the items I got was an added annoyance. My new instrument strings only lasted a few days before breaking due to the low quality. I was very worried that the guitar stand I purchased wouldn't be able to safely hold my instrument, but alas, it was only flimsy. When I attempted to get in touch with customer support to express my dissatisfaction, I was met with long wait times and unhelpful responses. I didn't feel like LYKOS cared about my satisfaction as a customer or listened to my worries. My time spent with LYKOS was frustrating on the whole. Because of the company's confusing website, subpar offerings, and unhelpful customer support, I cannot endorse any of their services.
