Poor Quality and Unsatisfactory Service at the Aoty Online Store

What can I say about the Aoty online shop, other than, well, everything? The quality of their goods is a good place to start. Like a toddler's finger drawing, it's not very impressive. The clothes, shoes, and accessories I was sent were of bad quality and had loose threads all over them. The infant products were marginally better, but still not exceptional. The quality of their customer support is also unacceptable. Trying to get an honest response from a lawmaker. The company's customer service is terrible, with unanswered emails and phone representatives who are about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Oh, and I forgot to specify shipping costs! I thought for sure I'd made a mistake and placed my purchase with a business on another planet when it took so long to arrive. When it did come, the packaging clearly had been through a war zone. Don't lose your cool and your money, people. It's not worth the trouble to shop at Aoty's web store.

Pros
  • Customer support that is quick to respond and very helpful.
Cons
  • Unclear return directions.
