Garbage. Do not buy because of the high load. Or double camp.

This is a MIG/TIG cart. General exposure. 125 pounds = 250 cu. (generous again) I lifted the truck myself. 10 lbs = casters 555 lbs = total weight. There are no tools or welding machines yet. Now that you know your weight. According to the manufacturer, they should have a total load capacity of 1600 kilos. All of the above weight must be able to support two rolls and still have an available load capacity of 255lbs. The above weight was partially supported by all four pulleys, but mainly by two, giving an 80/20 ratio? load balancing. With all that, the caster could now unmistakably carry the weight. Durability and rolling would be a point of failure. A bearing in the wheel is a 7 ball shielded leaking bearing. Thus, only three balls share the maximum weight at any one time. Well, technically, a maximum of two balls can share the load at the same time. In any case, the bearing balls are too big for heavy weights. It can also lead to bearing failure due to metal fatigue under heavy weight. With light weights, it lasts until the plastic wheel fails or the unsealed bearing gets stuck with dirt. wheel design. The whole wheel is plastic with a bearing pressed into the center. The plastic looks soft. With light weights (maybe 350 pounds each evenly distributed max), the bike should last a few years. But soft plastic fails over time due to expansion and contraction. The outer part of the wheel is made of polyurethane, it also seems to be made of a soft compound. This causes roll problems as the wheel has a flat spot when not rolling. Now it is ok. The brake is very well attached to both the wheel and the pivot. Therefore, when the brake is applied, it does not rotate in the locked state. So bottom line: This is not a role for heavy loads. I wouldn't use this for anything over a 300lb total load. A single leaking bearing is a sub-pair. The frame and swivel appear to be paired with others I've looked at. So good luck, this may work for your needs but not mine.

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Not as thick as other chisels
