Pet owners who expect the highest standards will be disappointed by DroolingDog. As a life coach, I was disappointed by the apparent haste and lack of care with which their items were assembled. The "high-quality" claims made about the dog clothes and accessories are just not true. Customers are frustrated and confused by the website's clumsy design and poor usability. Also, the support staff is unsatisfactory, being slow to respond and unprofessional. DroolingDog is like an untrained puppy; there is a lot of space for development. It's disappointing that a company with the stated mission of improving the well-being of pets fails to do so. If you are a smart pet owner, I wouldn't waste your time or money on DroolingDog.
