Benefits are accessible from any internet-connected device. The only downside is that employees can only use Benify for their own company. We needed a secure way to connect employees to their benefits, but not require them to set up online accounts. We found Benify to be a great way to connect the employees to their benefits, and also connect with benefits admin for payroll and HR. The ability to connect employees directly with their health insurance providers and receive bills in one place is easy and convenient! The interface can be improved with more features, such as a self-service feature that allows users to pay their bill without needing assistance from an agent or provider. Benefits are centralized and easily accessible online at any time! We have been able to cut down on our administrative overhead by saving time and resources.
