The software has many features but sometimes gets too complicated if you are not using them regularly so make sure before going live! It's helped improve efficiency within the CS team by being able solve problems faster than we would have done without this tool. We can easily access all contact information from anywhere at anytime thanks to its ease of accessibility via PC or mobile device which makes job more efficient especially when working remotely. This is one good product i recommend trying out. With skehanas CRM system everything was centralized allowing easier management of customers' details ensuring better communication between clients/customers and employees alike. Benefits include reduced time wasted searching through emails looking up client detail while also increasing productivity since there will be less errors made due to increased monitoring capabilities thus improving.
