I made the decision to try KIWIKREW after hearing great things about their premium mobile phone and accessory solutions. Unfortunately, I had a completely terrible encounter with KIWIKREW. The first problem was that the item I got was not what I had purchased. I tried to resolve the issue by contacting customer support, but I was met with unhelpful, unresponsive agents who wouldn't admit to making a mistake. I made several calls to customer support, but I still received the wrong product. In addition, the product I did obtain was subpar and fell short of my expectations. Despite KIWIKREW's boasts of premium materials and durability, the case was flimsy and did not adequately safeguard my device. To make things worse, my order arrived weeks later than anticipated due to the horrendously slow shipping. Overall, I had a terrible time dealing with KIWIKREW, and I was disappointed in both their goods and services. I'll end by advising you strongly not to use KIWIKREW for your cell phone and accessory requirements. Customers should avoid them because of their subpar customer support, subpar product quality, and slow shipping.
