The "High-Quality " Baby Products Made by BooginHead Present a Serious Threat to Young Children.
As a do-it-yourself whiz and worried parent, I figured I could trust BooginHead goods because of the company's emphasis on product safety. My error was enormous. The rubber nipple on my child's pacifier had come loose from the plastic cover not long after they had last used it, putting them at risk of suffocation. In addition, the teething toys' plastic started to crack and shatter, creating sharp edges that could cut a baby's mouth. I contacted BooginHead's support staff to voice my dissatisfaction, but I received no actionable advice or reassurance that my problems would be fixed. It appears that the claims of quality made in their advertising have no basis in the quality of their goods. Because of what I went through, I can't in good faith advise other parents to use BooginHead. We don't carry the kind of dependable, high-quality baby goods you should be searching for.
