Review on Fanwer by Josh Graham

For the Seasoned Shopper, Fanwer Is a Disappointment

As a seasoned internet shopper, I couldn't wait to give Fanwer a try for my pharmaceutical and medical supply requirements. My expectations were not met by the business at all, unfortunately. Fanwer offers a broad variety of useful health and household items, but their website is cumbersome and difficult to use. The images are often of poor quality and are not very informative, and the product descriptions are sparse. When I settled on a wheelchair to buy, I was disappointed by Fanwer's silence. I had no idea when to expect my purchase because I never got any shipping updates or a tracking number. Unfortunately, the wheelchair's condition was very low when it eventually arrived. Both the wheelchair and its packaging suffered harm during shipping. Fanwer obviously hadn't done anything to make sure the package arrived in one piece and without incident. To make things worse, I found that the customer service representatives at Fanwer were both unhelpful and rude when I reached out to them for assistance. Getting a reply was like pulling fangs, and when I did, it was obvious that they weren't interested in helping me out. Overall, my interactions with Fanwer were very frustrating. As a power user with lofty expectations for online retailers, Fanwer badly disappointed me. If you need reliable medical supplies or equipment, I suggest going elsewhere.
