Review on Trinkware by Daniel Pesicek

Revainrating 1 out of 5

The Quality of Trinkware Is Disappointing.

Trinkware's merchandise has consistently let me down. There is a large variety of kitchen and dining goods to choose from, but the quality is not commensurate with the prices. Particularly disappointing was the tableware, some of which was broken or flawed upon arrival. The website is user-friendly, but support is inadequate. Customer support was unhelpful and unresponsive when I contacted them about a damaged product. Eventually, someone helped me out, but it took a few tries and the outcome wasn't great. Based on my experience, Trinkware is not something I can endorse. Both the product quality and the level of customer care are significantly below par. You can find comparable products and service quality at other web stores for a lower price.

Pros
  • Designs for glasses and trays for presenting that are both fashionable and elegant
Cons
  • Certain products have a restricted range of available customization choices.
