Review on VERSATILE Nonstick Griddle Grill Pan For Indoor Stovetop Or Outdoor BBQ: Reversible, Two Burner Cast Aluminum, 19.5" X 10.7 by John Hickey

As a lifelong camper, camp cook, and camp stove aficionado, I was skeptical of an aluminum griddle, but ordered this one to supplement my array of stovetop cast iron and steel items. After eight months of trials, I am back on Ebay to buy another, in order to have one at home and one in my camping gear. Its nonstick surface is flawless and apparently long-lasting. The heat distribution properties of this griddle, at least on natural gas- or propane-flame stoves, are remarkable. And its design is super-functional. If I have a complaint, it might be that the grease reservoir is a little small for any more than a full pound of bacon, but a bulb-type turkey baster/syringe can remedy that while cooking. Can't recommend this enough, and I look forward to having at least two on hand.
