The dashboard is very useful for my work as I can track everything from performance to uptime of our servers in real time.

It would be great if they added some features such as creating custom reports or adding new metrics/metrics we didn't have before (such as ping response times). Also, it could use an upgrade so that you don’t need external software like Pingdom or other tools just to check up what changes are happening with your site! We used this tool mostly internally but also had clients using it at one point too. This helped us monitor their sites without having them install anything extra themselves which was a big plus because sometimes those things do not always get updated correctly across all browsers etc!
