Tsumbay Doesn't Measure Up: A Critique

Tsumbay presents themselves as a leading provider of office supplies and technology, but I have been extremely let down by both their goods and their customer service. The Tsumbay ergonomic chair I bought for my home workplace was not only uncomfortable, but also poorly made. The chair's adjusting mechanisms were clumsy and failed to give me the back support I required for extended periods of work. Furthermore, the Tsumbay wireless keyboard and mouse combination I bought was terrible, complete with connectivity problems and poor responsiveness. Also, Tsumbay's support staff wasn't very efficient or competent. Their representatives were unhelpful and took too long to respond when I contacted them about problems I was having with their goods. In general, Tsumbay is not a good choice for anyone seeking to improve their current office. The quality and aesthetics of their goods are subpar, and their support staff is unhelpful. Better workplace supplies and equipment from a trusted supplier are worth the extra cost.
