The team at CCSB is very responsive - always willing to work through issues as well as respond quickly. I've never had an issue where my questions were not answered in timely manner. When there are problems (and it does happen), you have people who will address them for you within hours if necessary! It has been over 15 years since this firm was formed from merging several firms together; however, they continue to strive towards keeping up with new developments as far as technology goes. We like having access to all members of the legal department via email/phone call when we want something addressed sooner versus waiting until office hours begin again.
