The ability for our team members from all over North America to engage in virtual sessions with each other as well has being able use it at home is fantastic! You can't do anything remotely effectively if you don’t have your own headset or microphone/speaker set up properly (and even then I doubt that will work perfectly).

There are some features of COBRA we would like but they haven't been implemented yet so not much else here either - maybe when those come out there might be more feedback? We started using this tool about two years ago now because my previous employer had problems staying connected during video meetings where everyone was geographically spread apart across time zones etc which caused issues getting things done efficiently together. This worked really great until recently though once again due to Covid19 restrictions were unable connect via Zoom anymore meaning no access to these awesome tools any longer unfortunately :(.
