Customer Service at LIANLAM has disappointed me

I recently purchased something from LIANLAM, and I was really unhappy with their customer service. First of all, the item I received did not match the description on their website, and I received useless and disrespectful responses when I tried to contact their customer service team for assistance. Even worse, they didn't get back to me for weeks after I first contacted them, and when they did, they just said there was nothing they could do. I would not advise anyone to shop with LIANLAM because of how uncaring and uninterested they are in their clients. Additionally, it's challenging to browse and badly planned. Finding what I was looking for was frustrating, and the checkout procedure was a nuisance. I've been annoyed and dissatisfied overall with LIANLAM, and I won't be doing any more business with them.
