I like that it allows me to see all of my tests in one place rather than having them scattered throughout other systems or applications. It's easy enough to use but also has some advanced features such as allowing you to add filters so that only certain types of devices are tested. The interface could be more intuitive at first glance (it took us several attempts before we were able to figure out how to run our own scripts). We have been using this system since early 2016 when most people had not yet heard about it. At that time there was no way to manage multiple sites from within one console which made managing large scale testing very difficult. Now with net rounds being integrated into many cloud-based platforms including AWS Cloud9, Google Play Console etc., management becomes much easier!
