I have been working with them for over 2 years now. They did great job with data migration and helping us adjust our processes to fit into their system. They are doing great job with keeping up with new features and their own growth. And the best thing about them is that they have always given us free version of their software so we can try before we buy. They are awesome! I like how the database schema changes automatically when you add fields or change field types. And it's really easy to use - just point your browser at http://<your_host>/crm-webapp and start adding forms! You don't even need any Java programming skills to get started (unless you want to build an API). This product rocks.
