When I first heard about LAEGENDARY: The Ultimate RC Supply Store, I was thrilled because I am an avid remote control (RC) enthusiast. Having said that, my experience with this business was by no means the best possible. In point of fact, it was nothing short of disheartening. To begin, the prices that were listed on their website were a substantial amount higher than those that were listed by their rivals. On various other RC supply websites, I was able to find the same merchandise for much lower prices. I attempted to contact customer support in order to inquire about price matching; however, I was met with a condescending attitude, and I was informed that their prices were not open to negotiation. Second, the shipment was performed at an extremely snail's pace. Even though I selected the expedited shipping option, it took more than two weeks for my order to appear. When I inquired with customer service about the delay, I was provided responses that were ambiguous and not particularly helpful. It was abundantly obvious that they did not place a high value on the happiness of their customers. Last but not least, the products that were sent to me were of a poor quality. The remote control car I purchased arrived with broken parts and a dead battery already installed. When I attempted to return the item, I was met with resistance, and I was informed that a restocking charge would need to be paid before the return could be processed. My experience with LAEGENDARY: The Ultimate RC Supply Store was, on the whole, quite unsatisfactory. They had expensive prices, sluggish delivery, and low-quality goods, all of which contributed to a negative customer experience. I will not be doing any business with this organization in the future and will not recommend them to any RC enthusiasts that I know.
