Review of JAMFLY as a "Patio Paradise " (with a Mean Twist)

Well, look who's returned, well, well! It's me, the person who just now wrote a negative review of JAMFLY. But hold on, what's that? A revision? Perhaps a shift of heart? Oh, don't have too lofty of expectations. Even though I still believe JAMFLY is a hot mess, I must admit that they did get something right. They have patio chairs, so let's start there. I'm aware that I previously referred to it as flimsy and unpleasant. And it still is, in fact. BUT—and this is a BIG BUT—it's also incredibly inexpensive. JAMFLY is the place to go if you're on a tight budget and need patio furnishings that won't break the bank. Just don't anticipate being able to relax in style. What about their client service? It's still fairly bad, I guess. The good news is that they at least have customer support. Some businesses wouldn't even attempt to answer your questions. So even though JAMFLY's reaction time is as slow as a snail in molasses, they are at least making an effort. Let's move on to their extras. Although I have previously criticized their garden lights, I must offer credit where credit is due. Actually, they're fairly darn adorable. Even if some of the lights are a little wonky, that just adds to the rustic appeal, right? Overall, JAMFLY isn't the worst game. They resemble the unimpressive friend you hang out with when your cool pals are all booked up. Although they might not be the finest, they will work in a pinch. Just don't anticipate them to change your perspective or anything.

Pros
  • Extensive inventory of outdoor patio furnishings
Cons
  • Slow customer response
