Review on firstHOMECARE by Josh Reynolds

I like how easy it is to use this system for our business. It's user friendly and simple to navigate. The layout is very organized and the reporting section makes it easy to see what we are doing right and where we can improve. Sometimes we have questions about certain reports and there isn't always an answer. We are able to get information quickly if needed. We also like the ability to send out reminders to patients through the platform. This has been great for getting appointments scheduled. I would like to see more options for scheduling visits such as video visits. Also, some of the reports could be improved. For example, the report showing new patients and their visits. We have found that this has helped us keep track of all of our patients' appointments and visits.
