Review on Kutzall by Matt White

My most recent interaction with Kutzall's web store was a negative one. My order arrived more than two weeks late and was damaged, despite the fact that I paid for expedited shipping. As a specialist in the application of burrs and other cutting tools, I was dismayed by Kutzall's evident lack of quality assurance. In addition, when I tried to remedy the issue, their customer care was unhelpful and unpleasant. Because of my bad experience, I won't be recommending Kutzall's web shop to anyone.
