The ease in which you can create forms for your customers! You don't have to go through an outside service or software provider to get this feature implemented. It's all right here with webdocs. They also offer some great training opportunities so it really helps if you're new at using this product. I wish there were more options when creating forms. Sometimes you want certain fields hidden from the customer but still be able to use them internally. We are saving tons of money by doing away with paper files and having everything online.
