BUSOHA: An Encounter That Did Not Live Up to Expectations

My time spent with BUSOHA did not live up to my expectations as a reviewer. In spite of the fact that their website offers a variety of home and kitchen, kitchen and dining, and bakeware products, the quality of their real products did not live up to the promise made by their website. To begin, there is a lot of unnecessary content on the page, making it difficult to navigate. It was difficult for me to find what I was looking for because the website did not have clear categories, and the product descriptions were frequently either incomplete or ambiguous. Second, the overall quality of the products fell short of what I had anticipated it to be. The cookware sets had a chic appearance, however upon closer inspection, they were found to be weak and scratch easily. After only a few usage, the non-stick coating peeled off, making the pans more difficult to clean than they had been before. Their array of bakeware was just as underwhelming. Some of my baked products got burnt patches because the muffin pans warped in the oven and the baking sheets did not transfer heat evenly. This caused some of the baked goods to get charred. My time spent with BUSOHA was, on the whole, a negative experience for me. The disorganized nature of their website and the low standard of the things they sell both leave much to be desired. This is not a business that I would endorse.

Pros
  • Competitive pricing for high-quality goods.
Cons
  • Website was cumbersome to use.
