We used them for our website and found their support to be excellent.
I had already been using them for years but they recently acquired a new product called PostScript It is simple to use and integrate into my workflow, and there is great documentation available. We are seeing an increase in adoption and usage due to ease of integration, and less reliance on PDF. I am pleased to recommend them to others. Very helpful, especially since it's such a common issue and one which causes so many headaches! They were very good at answering questions quickly when I needed help or just wanted to clarify something - even though I was paying more than average. Great communication throughout; always responded promptly and explained things thoroughly. They're a little pricey compared to some other providers (for example FastSpring), but you get a LOT for your money if you choose correctly.
- I love how easy it is to install - it makes it much faster to start using the software than having to figure out where everything is installed.
