Review on Bigyonger by Sean Reddy

On the Outside, Bigyonger Is Fashionable, but on the Inside, It's a Letdown

Bigyonger is an online store that promises to carry fashionable clothing, shoes, and jewelry, and I was thrilled to check it out because I am someone who enjoys going on long shopping binges online. Unfortunately, my joy didn't last long before it was replaced by disillusionment. Although the website may have a large selection of products, the quality of those products is lacking, and the prices do not represent the unimpressive quality of the available goods. The variety of available clothing is uninspiring, the shoes are unremarkable, and the jewelry is manufactured on the cheap. On top of that, the customer support at Bigyonger isn't exactly the best in the business. The website is difficult to traverse, the process of checking out is unclear, and the wait times for delivery are lengthy. The process of making returns and replacements is cumbersome, and the customer service team is unresponsive. Although Bigyonger may have the appearance of being hip from the outside, the reality is that it is lacking in virtually every category. I would advise you to look elsewhere for a satisfying shopping experience, one that includes purchasing high-quality items and receiving dependable assistance from sales associates, if you are searching for these things.

Pros
  • Costs that are not prohibitive
Cons
  • checkout procedure that is confusing
