PowerSource's Poor Product Selection and Slow Shipping

As a professional handyman, I was dissatisfied with my most recent trip to PowerSource. I had a tough time finding what I required for my project among their limited product offering. The search was made more tedious by the disorganized and confusing layout of the website. Shipping was painfully delayed, adding insult to injury. My order didn't come for well over a week, which put a serious crimp in my plans. Customer service was unhelpful and uninterested in resolving the problem when I called to ask about the delay. I was not happy with my PowerSource purchase experience as a whole. It's difficult to recommend this business due to the quality of their products, website, and shipping times. As a do-it-yourself specialist, I rely on fast, dependable service to get my jobs done, but PowerSource has consistently let me down.
